What are your rental fees?
Canyon Lakeview Resort does not list specific pricing as every wedding, meeting, family reunion or event has it's own needs based on MANY factors.  We have the experience and tools to help meet the needs of your group based on your event's size, lodging needs, and other factors.  Once we know your party's size, your lodging group size, and the number of day guests attending the event, we can quickly give you several options and provide you with accurate and detailed pricing and a list of vendors should you need additional amenities not available on our property.

How about larger events?
Larger parties will often require additional services to insure an enjoyable time.   Additional amenities such as tents, chairs, porta-potties, various electrical services, staging, parking services and others must be considered.  We can go over these items once we know your party's size and make-up.  We will offer you access to our preferred vendors who know our property (and our limitations) well.  Our preferred vendors offer competitive pricing and understand what is needed to get it right the first time.  However, we only require that ANY third party vendor be licensed (when required) and insured before approval for their respective services to be performed on our property.  All providers are sub-contractors; and final pricing, terms, and agreements are made between them and you.  However, all vendors are subject to acceptance by Canyon Lakeview Resort.

What are your Reservation Requirements?
Event pricing is subject to availability and may change without notice until a deposit is secured for any event.  Guaranteed lodging ALSO must be pre-arranged for any special event.  The lodging guarantee is subject to our standard lodging policies but will require the initial deposit due at the same time as the signing of any special event reservation.  No arrangements will be made over the telephone.  Your event cannot be reserved on our calendar or guaranteed until a booking sheet (with lodging) is signed and all deposits are returned to our offices.  You will be notified via email or mail when your official reservation is received and accepted.  We strongly encourage you to call us and make an appointment to come visit the property in person and see what special venues and amenities we do have in order to help us assist you in creating the perfect event.

Do we need to stay overnight to have an event on the property?
Canyon Lakeview Resort does not allow the use of "The Pointe" for ceremonies without a MINIMUM rental of THREE of our adjacent "Cathedral Cabins" for the day prior to and the day of the event (2 night minimum).  Smaller events and ceremonies may also take place on our cabin or lodge decks, our main lodge lawn, adjacent to our pool, or inside our Cain Conference Center and lodging may or may not be required.  Receptions and rehearsal dinners are also available at several beautiful locations on our property and are available for reservation with or without a ceremony also on the property.

What about the Cain Conference Center?
Available to our lodging and visiting day guests, Cain Conference Center is available from 1/2 day events to full, week-long, lock-out rental.  Cain Conference Center offers HVAC, AV-ready space, two unisex bathrooms, and more.  Discount rates apply to our lodging guests, though certain restrictions and conditions for use apply.  Additional amenities required by guests must be discussed prior to rental, with any licensed and/or insured third party vendors subject to approval.  Rehearsal dinners, receptions, corporate meetings, larger family gatherings, and organized parties at Cain Conference Center may include use of our catering kitchen, AV system, and linen-covered tables with upholstered seating to comfortably seat up to 60 dining (or 80 theater seated) guests.  Place settings,  additional decor, catering, cleaning, and other services are not provided by Canyon Lakeview Resort.  The Cain Conference Center also may act as a rain option.
